Return & Refund Policy

1. Return Period
You may return items within 7 days of receiving your order. (If you prefer a different period — e.g. 3, 7, 14, or 30 days — edit this number to match your store policy.)
2. Condition for Returns
- Items must be unused, unwashed, undamaged and in original condition with tags attached.
- Send the original receipt or order confirmation.
3. Non-returnable Items
- Final sale items, intimate apparel (if hygienic seal removed), or items clearly marked non-returnable.
4. How to Request a Return
- Contact us at Hafizfashionstore@gmail.com or call/WhatsApp 0306 4393194 with your order number and reason.
- We will provide return instructions and a return authorization (if required).
- Ship the item back in secure packaging within the return period.
5. Refunds & Exchanges
- Exchange: We will replace the item (subject to availability) at no extra item cost. Customer pays return shipping unless the item was defective/wrong.
- Refund: Refunds are issued to the original payment method after inspection. Processing time may take 7–14 business days after we receive the item.
6. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective or incorrect item, contact us immediately with photos and order details. We will arrange a replacement or full refund and cover return shipping in those cases.
7. Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error (wrong/defective item), in which case we will reimburse reasonable shipping costs.
